- Every chauffeur assigned to a student ride is carefully screened, trusted and expected to meet Black Tie’s professional standard.
- Properly insured drivers and vehicles
- Drivers and vehicles carry the appropriate commercial insurance for passenger transportation, with coverage reviewed as part of the service standard.
- Age-appropriate restraints
- For younger riders, an age- and size-appropriate child passenger restraint is arranged according to the child’s details and the manufacturer’s guidance.
- Authorized handoffs
- A student is released only to a parent, guardian or other adult authorized by the family in advance. If the approved recipient is not present, the chauffeur remains with the student and follows the agreed waiting and contact protocol.
- Named rider, known plan
- The scheduled rider is the rider collected and delivered. No unapproved passengers or changes to the pickup plan are made without the parent or guardian’s confirmation.
- Family-led timing
- Families set the timing and the instructions that matter. If the school day changes, the concierge reviews the update with the family before the ride is adjusted.
